Nutritious Hariyali Curry

Serves: 4
2 diced onions;2 diced tomatoes;1 diced carrot;1 diced potato;1 cup green peas;1 cup soya granules;1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste;½ teaspoon turmeric powder;½ teaspoon chilli powder;½ teaspoon pepper powder;1 teaspoon garam masala;1 teaspoon cumin seeds;2 teaspoons Fortune Rice Bran Oil;2 tablespoons of fresh cream;Fresh coriander leaves to garnish;Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Heat Fortune Rice Bran Oil in a frying pan and add cumin seeds to it. Let the seeds splutter, then add the diced onions, ginger garlic paste and fry them till they turn to golden brown colour. In the meantime add soya granules to boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Add diced tomatoes, green peas, turmeric, chilli powder and cook them in low flame for 5 minutes. Then drain water from the soya granules and add the granules to the vegetables in the frying pan and stir it a bit. Then add pepper powder and garam masala and stir it for a while. Add the diced potato and carrot to the vegetables in the pan, stir it and leave it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Then add fresh cream, salt to taste and stir it thoroughly. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, rotis or bread.
