Actually he didnt use cattle class first, it was baited to him by a clever journalist, he accepted that cattle class reference and for fun of it added cow too digging at BJP, but those people who cant digest Shashi becoming MP and minister use this to outst him from ministry. He should have been more careful in public speech else such bungles may happen which will not be helpful for his career.

May be his 'nair' inheritance causes these problem, Nairs are very lacking the 'chamchagiri' and shrewdness unlike Xians.

Regarding the code of conduct of celebrities- Be it Shashi Tharoor or Shahid Kapoor, as far as the people are concerned, they still remain as celebrities, and hence it is important that they hold back their esteem in style, instead of being a lay-man tweeter.
Esp. in India at least, they must be careful, since people might suddenly turn out violent and disgraceful. Sorry to tell this, but this is a fact, may be it does not happen with an Obama or may be, a John McCain or a Juan Carlos Ferrero.

I personally don't want to See More Politicians Join Social Networking/Microblogging Sites like TWITTER, FACEBOOK etc because the more affable they are the more granted they are taken for!!

Much ado about nothing. Let us not fall prey to the games the media plays for TRP. You cannot take certain phrases literally. The media and vested interests is making making puppets of all of us and we, are sadly behaving like a herd of cattle.
